This type monitors are widely used in applications where need the indication and warning whenever loop power has short circuit problem. We have four load power selection switches on this product. When the load power is on the normal status, the indicator will keep light up, the output contacts 5#, 6# be turned on as well, and the contact 7#, 8# will be disconnected. On the other hand, when the loop resistance becomes higher than usual, such as heater ageing or a heater had failure in the parallel application. The normal status indicator will be lights off, the alarm indicator will be light up, and the status of the output alarm contact is changed.

That is to say, there is one failure occur in these four load powers, and reach to 20% power load, this product can be accurately operated in time. This product also corrects the reference voltage value of the sampling element to avoid malfunction or non-action between the guiding units due to fluctuations in the voltage of the battery. It is more suitable for monitoring the application mode in which multiple heaters are combined in the parallel systems.
